Andrew received the Degree of BA (Natural Science and Law) and MA at Cambridge University, England and acts on pharmaceutical, biochemical and chemical patents, and related subjects, including veterinary equipment and polymer chemistry.Andrew has been responsible for patent portfolios that have gone on to become of exceptional commercial importance and has been involved with a high proportion of the pharmaceutical patent cases litigated in the Irish Courts.
He has a wealth of expertise in the law and practice at the EPO, having served on the Standing Advisory Committee at the EPO for 10 years.
Andrew is a consultant to the firm.
