A Partner at Tomkins & Co. until January 2004, Gerald is a consultant with the firm.Gerald has broad experience in the areas of Domestic, Community Trademark and foreign Trademark practice including registering and managing multiple-country Trademark portfolios of large corporate clients.
Gerald is a former Chairman of the Trademark Practice Committee of the Irish Association of Patent and Trademark Attorneys and is a former Treasurer of the same body. He is a member of AIPPI, ECTA, FICPI, PTMG and Marques
