Sarah-Jane graduated from Dublin City University with an honors degree in Business Studies. Her specialism in her final year was business law, and through her course became interested in Intellectual Property. She became qualified as a European and Irish Trade Mark Attorney in 2006. Before joining Tomkins in 2008, Sarah-Jane worked for another Dublin based firm. Her work involves advising clients on trade mark issues, pre-filing clearance searches, the prosecution of Trade Mark applications and contentious matters including oppositions. Publications
